Waitlist Information
We usually have a wait list for services that can span just a few months to a year. It is fairly fluid, and testing appointments can become available rather quickly. Wait time depends on how many families are in the queue ahead of you, as well as how many families ahead of you decline the opportunity to test when an appointment becomes available. Wait times can shorten quickly, depending on these types of factors. While we try to be as accurate as possible in our estimate, it is a fluid situation with some factors that are out of our control. Thus, we provide a range of time when we believe an opening will occur.
While you are on the wait list, our office staff will communicate with you every so often to indicate when we believe an appointment will become available. Office staff also ask families if they are still interested in testing and would like to remain on the wait list. In order to help with wait list accuracy, we ask that you reply to our messages (phone or email) and stay in communication with our office. When staff call, please let them know if you’d like to remain on the wait list, or if you’d like to be removed (maybe you have found testing elsewhere or no longer need it). If you have not been called by our office but would like to be removed, please send us an email at castests@gmu.edu or call our office.
We understand that waiting for services can be a frustrating experience. We greatly appreciate your patience and desire to seek services at our training center. We look forward to working with you soon.
