Payment and Procedures
The full fee for a comprehensive psychoeducational is $2,000. A sliding scale reduction based on income is available. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made via the link to our payment portal. The link will also be sent to you in a confirmation email. We do not accept insurance.
No Show/ Late Cancellation policies:
Families must communicate assessment appoint cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Each late cancellation or no show has an accompanied fee of $40.
Insurance Information
Many parents inquire about reimbursement from their insurance providers. We do not accept insurance nor submit claims to insurance companies on a client’s behalf. We will provide a receipt at the conclusion of services that has common service codes used by insurance companies. It may be helpful to check with your insurance provider ahead of time to see if they reimburse for the services we provide. Please note that most testing services are provided by trainees under the supervision of licensed psychologists. These services do not have codes and are not reimbursed by insurance companies. Other services reflect the supervision provided by the licensed psychologist. Below you will find the service codes and costs we have on our receipts:
COMMON SERVICE CODES and cost per unit
- 90791 Psychiatric diagnostic evaluation ($220), administration by a trainee
- 96130 Psychological testing evaluation services by physician or other qualified health care professional ($140), first hour
- 96131 Psychological testing evaluation services by physician or other qualified health care professional, each additional hour ($140))
- 96146 Computerized testing with automated instrument, administration by a trainee
