Our fees cover the entire testing lifecycle, including the parent intake, administration, clinical supervision, and the final feedback session with your report. All are payable via credit card link which we will provide after scheduling. These are subject to adjustments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our examiners are independent contractors who reserve specific blocks of clinical time for your child. To respect their schedules and allow us to serve families on our waiting list, we have established the following policy:
- Notice Requested: We request as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- $50 Cancellation Charge: You may be subject to a $50 fee if you cancel or reschedule:
- Within 24 hours of your scheduled testing session. However, if your child is unexpectedly sick, please reschedule.
- After your virtual intake appointment has already been conducted by the examiner.
