Finding Our Office
Our suite is located on the Ground Floor (Suite L040) of Thompson Hall on the GMU Fairfax Campus.
Entry Instructions: Please enter Thompson Hall through Door A1. Once inside, follow signs for the ground floor to find our suite. If you enter the building on the first floor, take the elevator or stairs down to floor G or LL.
Parking Instructions
Detailed parking instructions and a printable parking tag will be provided in your confirmation email once your session is scheduled.
- Primary Parking (Reserved): We have limited reserved spots in Lot I (located directly across Patriot Circle). You must display the printed tag provided in your email.
- Garage Parking (Backup): If Lot I is full, please park in the Rappahannock River Parking Garage. We will provide a validation code to cover your parking fee.
- Short-Term Drop-off: You may park in the Finley Lot (adjacent to Thompson Hall) for up to 30 minutes for free while checking your child in. You must move your car to a long-term spot after check-in.

Our office is staffed by graduate students with varying schedules. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a detailed voicemail. We make every effort to return all messages within two business days.
